Shipping & Returns

FOR DOWNLOADED ITEMS:
After you purchase an item from JenWilsonDesigns.com, you will receive a download link in your "My Account" area once payment is received. This is usually immediate if you choose electronic payments with PayPal. There will be some delay if you are paying by e-check and you will be notified once the check has been cleared and you may proceed with download.
Due to the nature of downloaded files I cannot accept returns or refund money. However, if you download a file that is damaged in any way, we will provide you with another copy of the item or amended files as required.

FOR SHIPPED ITEMS WHEN OPTION IS AVAILABLE:
If you are purchasing a CD, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment has been received. PLEASE NOTE these items are coming from Canada. Please allow 7-10 business days for your CD to arrive in Canada. International Shipping (Including U.S.) may take longer. Shipping and Handling fees for the CD's will be listed in each product's description. All CD's will leave my office in suitable packaging and in working order. If you receive a CD that is damaged while in transit, I will provide you with another copy immediately. All sales are final. No refunds will be given.
