When are new items added to the shop?
New items are always being added so please check the virtual shelves often so you don't miss exciting new products!!! Announcements will be made on the message board when new product is available and/or through mailing list.
All of the items are created at a high-quality 300 dots-per-inch (dpi). Papers are all 12x12 .jpg files unless noted. Elements / accessories that require a transparent background are saved as .png files. Brushes are saved in .abr for Photoshop users and .png for users with other graphics programs.
What type of payment do you accept?
Presently, PayPal is the only form of payment accepted at Jen Wilson Designs. You can visit www.paypal.com and easily set up a free account. After you check-out with your JWD purchases, you will automatically be directed to PayPal's secure website to complete your payment. Upon completion, you will be re-directed back to this website where your downloads will be waiting for you.
Why is my download link not there and why has it expired?
After you purchase an item from the shop a download link should appear directly after your payment has been confirmed. At this point you will have 9 days and / or 3 download attempts to save to your computer. After this time the download will expire. If you have any problems after this point, please contact me at the listed email.
Can I share my downloads with friends and family?
While I think it's wonderful that you to want to share the digital products you have downloaded, they are only meant for the paying customer. If you think a friend or family member would be interested in any of my products, simply direct them to the site. The benefit of a digital scrapbook shop is that JWD never runs out of stock! Please adhere to the TOU found within the store and in a text file in every download.
Why is the sale over when the ad sale it was until midnight?
All sales are set up in the ZenCart Admin section prior to the starting date. Each run automatically and are set according to my EST timezone. Please keep this in mind as extensions will no longer be given unless the sale was interrupted due to a site issue.
Do you have a Commercial Use Policy?
I am working on a new solution to this growing request but for now it still remains personal use only. Please check back for more information.
Can I use your products if I am Paper Scrapbooker?
Of course you can! Like digital scrapbookers you will have to download the files to your computer but after downloading you can easily print them off (at home or local print shop) to use in countless layouts.
I am interested in selling my designs, can I sell at JWD?
At this time the answer is no and while you may see a few designers in the store the option in not available to other designers seeking a place to sell. The few designers you may see my CT Members and /or invited guests.
Are you expanding your Creative Team?
At the present time, all the Creative Team positions are filled by wonderfully talented women however new monthly guest spots will be available to either a JWD Member who regularly posts and participates in various spotlight challenges.
Can you reset all my downloads due to my EHD / Computer Crash?
I will no longer be resetting all of a customer's downloads / order history. Customers are strongly urged to back up all of their purchases in the event they experience a personal system / EHD crash. I will assist you to retrieve the most recent orders made at JWD extending no further than the past two months from the day you contact me about this issue. No exceptions will be made. PLEASE BACK UP REGULARLY.
